Joanna Li - CMO
An incoming junior, our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer Joanna promotes L4K's efforts and events through various media. She joined Light 4 Kidz since it gave her a way to give to a community that desperately needs change. Currently, Joanna participates in Speech & Debate, in addition to Student Government, at school. She's apart of science clubs and plays field hockey. Joanna also volunteers at OCA, and reads/writes in her spare time. In the future, Joanna wants to pursue a career in the sciences.
Vice Presidents of Marketing
Hanim Seok
A junior from Le Habra, California, Hanim joined L4K as a Vice President of Marketing. Hanim joined L4K to take an opportunity to help kids. She’s currently involved in volunteering at a local hospital, in addition to doing TaeKwonDo. In her free time, Hanim enjoys advocating for the environment and bringing awareness to current issues on her social media platform @clarity.change. Hanim seeks to study environmental science or infectious diseases in the future.
Jennifer Xu
A current junior from Fairfax, Virginia, Jennifer joined as a Vice President of Marketing to advocate for children’s health care. Outside of L4K, she volunteers as a TA at her local Chinese school, and does dance. She also plays piano and bass clarinet. In the future, she plans to pursue a career in either the mental health or biomedical field.
Nikhita Kalavagunta
A junior from Arizona, Vice President of Marketing Nikhita joined L4K because she loves interacting with and helping kids, and knows she can do so through L4K! She’s currently part of the Solo Ice Dance Team in her state. She also plays/sings Indian Classical Music, and dances Kuchipudi! Nikita is a co-founder of a blog which helps emphasize major global healthcare issues, and is part of her school's NJHS and Leadership Society. In her free time, Nikhita enjoys baking! Nikhita seeks to be an orthopedic surgeon in the future.

Ava Lee
Hi! My name is Ava and I am from Piermont, NY. I am going into my senior year of high school. I joined L4K because I am passionate about bringing change into children’s lives. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, baking, and spending time with my friends and family! I also participate in many volunteering events both in and out of school. At school, I am apart of the golf and swimming team. I am interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field!
